Recording & Summarizing your activity

Write down all of the paranormal happenings occurring at your location. This will help us tremendously when or if you decide to contact us.
You may want to view some of our site's info, images, and articles beforehand to see if any of your activity is related. This page may aid you with concluding whether it is a haunting or something more explainable.
Our team feels that it's extremely helpful to start keeping a daily journal to record all recent activity. If you don't have a notebook or journal that you can use for this, our team will bring one for you.

Receiving a response

Again, the best way to contact us is by emailing our case manager Lyndy. You can reach her at casemanager@evpsociety.com. You should receive a response anywhere from less than 24 hours to a week (all dependent on what is going on in her personal life and how many requests we have coming in at the time).
Receiving a response via standard mail will of course take a little longer to get a response. A rough guess would be a week or longer, again all dependent on the circumstances such as your location and whether or not you include a phone number or email address in your letter.
Our team aims to be absolutely professional and to treat our clients with the utmost respect, so we will get back to you as soon as we possibly can. Just remember that we are in this hobby to help and educate those in need of answers.
